I also believe individuals who quit a job for specific reasons like unsatisfactory work conditions, harassment, etc should be eligible. Regarding minimum wage increase: I support a COLA increase every couple years but do not support making a minimum wage a "livable wage." This will take away motivation and incentive for higher education and training not to mention it would put earners in a higher income bracket increasing taxes, causing businesses to either hire less people or increase costs of goods/services which may decrease sales/business. | |||

It is essential for children and families to build strong communication skills, effective problem solving, conflict resolution, emotional regulation and build healthy interpersonal skills. I support improving the learning environment for our students and staff so teachers and students can flourish. Parents must get involved for success of the student.Protection-of all lives from conception to natural death. Laws and law enforcement should be respected and adhered to. I support crisis deescalation and mental health training for law enforcement, EMS personnel and teachers. |
